According to Bedi, that project is roughly
five to 10 years from commencement, but
everyone at the company is excited about it
and eager to make another lasting contribu-
tion to the city.
Other upcoming projects include a massive
residential project in Calgary, at 11th Ave-
nue, 4th Street S.W. There, GDC has applied
for a development permit for a 26-storey
building with 207 residential condo units
and about 10,000 square feet of retail space
on the main floor.
“We are currently putting together market-
ing materials for that, and we’re very excited
about it,” Bedi said.
Moving forward, he said the company aims
to keep developing more projects they can be
excited about.
“Our goal is to keep developing,” he con-
cluded. “We’re always looking at increasing
our inventory."
