estate sector to his role. He has a vast knowl-
edge and understanding of the industry, and
provides the expert location analysis that al-
lows GDC to select sites with excellent po-
tential for success.
Since the company’s establishment in 1999,
GDC has completed various commercial
projects ranging in size from 10,000 square
feet and up. In recent years, GDC complet-
ed a significant multi-storey tower in down-
town Calgary at 396 11th Avenue S.W. They
have since started planning and working on
several more towers, including ones at 634
6th Avenue S.W., 608 7th Street S.W., and
1108 4th Street S.W.
A QUALITY NAME
Historically, GDC has developed condos,
office buildings, and retail centres through-
out Alberta. They started developing office
towers in Calgary only recently, and their ef-
