RCpoint Labs is a respected leader
in the drug, alcohol, background
screening and clinical wellness
testing industry. Based in Greenville, S.C.,
they are among the fastest growing third-
party providers in the medical testing indus-
try. ARCpoint’s screening services incorpo-
rate the latest in technology and innovation,
and are provided either in-house or at their
client’s facility.
ARCpoint Labs started in the testing
industry as a drug test distributor in the late
1990s during the infancy of drug testing. “In
those days companies were primarily con-
ducting drug testing internally and where
not using third parties for their testing needs
like they do today,” explains VP of Franchise
Development, Randy Loeb.
As the drug testing industry evolved,
third-party testing became the norm, as it
eliminated an employer’s conflict of inter-
est created by testing their own employees.
“Third-party testing became the next wave in
the evolution of our industry and once that
took center stage, our industry really started
to expand,” he says.
From 1998, until the first franchised
outlet was opened in 2006, President and
