more revenue opportunities there are for our
franchise owners.”
ARCpoint Labs also has two other
new profit-generating initiatives, which
Loeb feels are “game changers” in the in-
dustry. One of them is case management
software that has multiple applications. It is
specifically designed for companies that con-
duct a significant amount of random testing.
“We can make it a lot easier for companies to
manage their ongoing testing while reducing
their costs and overhead,” he says.
The other major initiative is a new
Department of Transportation (DOT) pro-
gram management system. The program is
designed to help businesses manage their
DOT testing and record-keeping to stay in
compliance with the DOT. “All of this is
new and in the process of being rolled out to
our owners. It should prove valuable in stim-
ulating the revenue of our franchise owners
significantly,” he says.
