“We focus on making sure every client has
a great experience on each visit, and how we
canmake that client experience and their ser-
vice level better,” Bruce says. “We want the
client to have extreme confidence so when
he comes in he will be able to relax and have
a great experience.”
The Boardroom employs five staff mem-
bers at the corporate office, and has more
than 90 employees across their nine salons.
They have a 10th location set to open in De-
cember, and a fewmore in development with
agreements close to being signed.
