“The way that we market ourselves is, you
come in, you do your training as fast as you
want, get it done as fast as you can, and then
you’re out in the industry,” Kovachik said.
“When you’re with these other schools,
you’re stuck there for three or four years.
With us, you can get it done within a year
and a half get into the industry, start work-
ing and start making money.”
“Something that Spectrum Airways has de-
veloped over the last couple of years is if you
fly with us and you train with us, we’ll give
you a job in the end,” Kovachik said. “This
will help pay for the money that you had
to get loaned from your mom or dad or the
bank and it’s a good tool to get people in the
door and to stay in the door cause they know
there’s a job at the end of the training.”
