business plan for My Place is to see rapid
growth over the next few years, with goals set
to continue expansion from coast to coast.
The team is content with their current plat-
form and product due to such a positive out-
come over the last few years. It seems their
hard work will prove intrepid, as they con-
tinue reaching for their goals.
By 2015, the brand expects to have 100
franchises in the pipeline, and over 1,000
by 2020. “The benefit we have and what al-
lows us to set such large goals is our prior
knowledge and experience in the industry,”
says Ryan. The group knows what it takes to
build a chain from one hotel to over 1,000;
and with relationships that stand the test of
time and a number of industry professionals,
My Place Hotels of America is quietly confi-
dent that it will become a household name in
