To his point, happy franchisees have a
way of helping sell the franchise to new can-
didates, and so do happy customers. Chem-
ero says almost half of the inquiries received
about franchising come from customers who
were so happy with their experience at Jake’s
Wayback Burgers, they want to become own-
ers.
