BRINGING
MANUFACTURING HOME
Currently, L’Chef ’s primary goal is to move
from distribution into manufacturing. That
doesn’t include their BOSCH or bamix
brands, which they never foresee moving
away European production. Those compa-
nies have been manufacturing in Europe
since 1950, and that’s part of their strength.
NutriMill and L’Equip, however, are differ-
ent stories. Until now, those two brands have
been manufacturing from Korea.
In 2012, L’Chef moved their corporate
headquarters to St. George, Utah. They have
also expanded into a new local production
facility in St. George’s Industrial Park, while
planning to eventually move all of their Nu-
triMilland L’Equipmanufacturing to Wash-
ington County.
“We’re excited about that,” Leavitt says.
“We’ve started working toward our vision
already by creating a new product called the
NutriMill Harvest, which will be the first
of our primary product line-up built in the
USA. “
