“So we were always looking for the right
products that fit out brand,” Leavitt ex-
plained. “Our brand is about homemade
production, eating healthy and eating fresh
– we’ve always wanted to be in that space.”
As a result, L’Chef now represents four sepa-
rate brands – including NutriMill, which
they wholly own, and for which they do all
the design, engineering and manufacturing.
NutriMill’s main products are basically
“home grain flour mills,,” Leavitt explains.
“They allow people to put fresh grains, le-
gumes, or rice– into a grain mill, press a
button, and quickly produce fresh flour at
home – with no preservatives or additives.
They are simple to use, are durable, increase
health and nutrition, they save people mon-
ey, and people love them. There’s a real grow-
ing market of people who want to eat clean
foods. Whole fresh grains are an essential
super-food.”
Recently, L’Chef has also signed and exclu-
sive agreement to represent bamix in the
United States. Like BOSCH, bamix is an-
other longstanding European-based world
leader in kitchen machines.
“Every great chef across the world knows
what bamix is and uses their products,”
Leavitt says. “We brought them under our
banner recently. It’s brand standard of qual-
ity matches our values, It’s focus on healthy
living is important to our company.”
The fourth and final brand under
L’Chef ’sumbrella is L’Equip, which they
share globally with an Asian partner. L’Chef
does the design, engineering and manufac-
turing of L’Equip products and they have
distribution rights inNorthAmerica and Eu-
rope. Their partner, meanwhile, has distribu-
tion in Asia, Australia, and South America.
With all four of those brands under the
company’s banner, Leavitt adds that L’Chef
continues to be focused on healthy living,
continues to be focused on homemade pro-
duction, and continues to be focused on
products known for the highest quality, best
performance, and being reasonably priced in
the marketplace.
“We can compare our products side by side
with any kitchen mixer, grain mill, immer-
sion blender, or dehydrator– and we know
we’re going to outperform them, outlast
them, provide better customer service, and
