THE FUTURE
When looking to the future of MSWCana-
dian Plastics, Bosman is confident that the
company will continue to evolve and expand.
"The future looks very bright," he said. "We
will continue to grow in the areas that we’ve
had success, but also we’ll be risking going
into new areas, where we are already invest-
ing and looking into new places, products
and partnerships to make sure we stay viable
in the future."
"Our goal is to create a lifetime of growth for
our employees," he added.
Bosman intends to achieve that objective by
ensuring that MSW Canadian Plastics con-
tinues to embrace their culture of change.
"In order to reach that goal it means chang-
ing and constantly going after new things
and never sitting still."
