“With Trusscore specifically,” he continued.
“It was a product that we saw a need for in
the market. There were similar products –
but ours was more unique with the design
and features of it, so we went off to market
it, but for Joel and I that was a challenge, so
we worked twice as hard to gain footing in
the marketplace.”
MSW began to expand it's product offering,
including Nocklock PVC Panels, which is
used in livestock facilities for both interior
walls, and calf pen partitions. The panels also
meet the needs of meat processing plants, car
washes, and dog kennels.
CUSTOM SERVICE
Not only does MSW offer the highest qual-
ity products, but the team also does custom
plastic extrusion work. Collaborating with
their customers from the initial design stag-
es, to prototype development, throughout
the manufacturing process, MSW strive for
the best fit.
“A customer will come in and say ‘I need this
part made’,” Bosman said. “And it’s usually
something as simple as a hand drawing of
something they’ve dreamed or there’s a ne-
cessity for it in their field, or the areas they’re
working in.Then we’ll basically take that and
get it 3D printed.”
“From there,” he continued. “The customers
change things, and then if everything works
out, we price what the finished product will
be worth and if it’s still going ahead, we or-
der the tooling. It can come from Toronto,
but we also do a lot of our tooling in Aus-
tria. From there, we bring it back into our
facility where we put it on the extruder, melt
the plastic down, and make the part that is
needed.”
