To keep up with an ever changing landscape
of technology, Bosman and Coops make
sure that they stay ahead of the curve at all
times. It's become a part of their corporate
culture that change is a positive and neces-
sary aspect of the business.
“Joel and I do a lot of trade shows around the
world and we’re constantly looking for new
technologies,” explained Bosman. ”But it’s
also a culture that we try to build within our
company is to never sit still. We don’t want
to get comfortable here. That’s just a compa-
ny culture that we’ve always preached to all
of our wonderful people that work with us.”
“It’s a different world where people have in-
formation at their fingertips at all times of
the day,” he added. “In order to stay ahead of
that, we need to continually change, and be
better than our competitors.”
For MSW, staying ahead of the competition
means making the smartest decisions possi-
ble. Instead of looking at larger spaces to in-
crease their operating capacity, the company
looks at the efficiency of their technologies
for improvements.
“Our mentality,” Bosman said. “And the
thing that we constantly strive for is if we
can use the same amount of space but run
faster machines and better tools and bet-
ter products at a much higher capacity and
