way and remains the same to this day. The
owner is very much hands-on, which really
delivers a great amount of enthusiasm to all
the people working for him.”
Not one to rest their past laurels, Aquafil
USA’s ability to see the big picture and sup-
port the individual needs of the clients will
continue to spur the dream that Rossi has to
bring all the raw materials and processing to
a more local, centralized hub in the United
States.
“It’s part of my dream that one day we’ll be
able launch the second ECONYL Regenera-
tion System in the States and keep all of this
used carpet local and avoid the costs of freight
and shipping back and forth [from Europe].
We’re still a little too early in the game but
we feel confident that we have a good system
in place and once we solidify procurement
chain, we’ll be ready to make the next step
and move the technology to Georgia.”
