are getting caught in the middle of a dispute
of some kind, freight charges, they could be
attorneys who really have a technical or le-
gal question. We get these on the Q&A fo-
rum on the website and generally, I’m the
one that answers those and sometimes my
partner, Ray Selvaggio, will get involved, but
if it’s anything legal, if you will, or requires
transportation expertise, then either Ray
or I will respond and we try to get the an-
swers out within a day or so. We publish a
representative, not all of them, but any that
have a general interest to the public and to
our members, are published in the monthly
trans digest. About once a year, we consoli-
date them all and put out an actual printed
book with questions and answers that have
been taken from the trans digest. I just fin-
ished with the 10th version, book 10 – it’s
called Transportation and Logistics in Plain
English. It’s got about 150 questions and an-
swers that we’ve accumulated over the last
year and we make that available to members
and to the public, and they have to buy it,
but it’s one of our publications.
