tem, the more information it
will provide, and better it will
work moving forward.
“You won’t be able to see the
details from other users,” Brad
stresses. “Anything confiden-
tial will be kept confidential;
we’ll only share information
that’s in the public domain. But
that information is still super
helpful. We are helping to cen-
tralize the information from
different sources. It can show
if the contractor is capitalized
well enough to finish your job,
or it can show you if they are
spreading themselves too thin
– for example, lots of liens are
filed against them.”
“We want this to be a hub that
creditors can go to,” he says.
“We want to be a one-stop-shop
for them, where we provide
them all the info they need with
just a few clicks. In the past,
they might need eight different
vendors to keep track of all that
information and provide those
services – now they just need
one.”
