“This restaurant is located on top of a cliff,
right below our main pool, and very close to
the ocean,” Quinones said. “There is a half-
moon shaped deck and at night there is one
main torch and t-light candles surrounding
it and creates the most outstanding setting
for anyone who wants to enjoy a romantic
dinner.”
“Every single day we have fishermen that go
out at night and what they catch is what’s
brought to the hotel the next day,” Quinones
continued. “This is the seafood that’s laid out
on ice and the guests have the opportunity to
select the amount and type of fish they want
to eat. Every single piece is actually grilled
and the seafood is as fresh as it gets.”
