From a hospitality standpoint, the relation-
ships you forge with your suppliers, partners
and vendors are a further extension of your
corporate culture and the overall experience
of your guests when they arrive on the prop-
erty.
“The relationships with suppliers are even
more critical,” Quinones said. “We have to
select our suppliers, our vendors and our
partners in a way that they can either share
some of our values from a customer perspec-
tive and that they also feel our company can
meet their standards and values from their
perspective as well.”
