Beyond the professional training re-
quired of all certified Emergency Medical
Technicians and Paramedics, Trans-Care
partners in forums specifically addressing
protocols concerning operations in the com-
munities it serves. Yet, other staff undergoes
intensive training too. For example, those
serving within the Communications Center
are not only fully-accredited, but customer
service-oriented for the call in-taking of calls
and dispatching of services. Employees in the
Communications Center must all complete
and maintain an Emergency Medical Dis-
patcher (EMD) certification through Na-
tional Accademies of Emergency Dispatch.

is additionally staffed by specialists in medi-
cal billing with expertise in customized bill-
