“Another aspect is ensuring the

passengers have a good time,

that they enjoy their experi-

ence, that they feel the best that

Jamaica has to offer – starting in

the airport,” he adds. “We want

to provide a pleasant environ-

ment. We want to be a place

where people can shop, can be

entertained, and we want our

travellers to have a good time.”

ongoing process, but MBJ has

and commercial activity. It fea-

tures a broad range of shopping

and entertainment options, VIP

lounges, exhibits, and activities

that showcase Jamaican culture.

a “destination unto itself,” Rafa-

el reiterates, and MBJ is well on

their way.
