credits that growth to the pow-

“When you bring in women who
are seeking that transforma-
tion, who want to be the best
versions of themselves – not
selfishly, but so they can make
a greater impact in the world
– it’s hard not to have magical
events,” she says.
“Those are the kind of members
we have,” she adds. “They are
people who are really about giv-
ing. They are coming because,
even if they’re successful by
typical societal measures, they
are seeking more. They know
they’re meant for more.”
Today, Integrous Women offers
affordable monthly and annual
memberships, and is open to
women of all ages and experi-
ences. They hostmonthly events
which Stephanie describes as
“truly transformational,” and
which are deeply informed by
the needs of their members.
“We really listen to our commu-
nity,” she says. “When they say
they’re having trouble with so-
cial media, you can anticipate
that next month we’re going to
have a social media workshop.
