Dear Reader,
Welcome to the latest issue of Business World Magazine. Within, we have compiled a diverse range of stories about
North American companies both well-established and on the rise which we’re thrilled to share with you. Continuing
our monthly Franchise Focus, you’ll find My Place Hotels of America, with experience in the hospitality industry in
excess of 40 years, they know the business and how to franchise it. We had the chance to catch up with Co-Founder,
President & COO Ryan Rivett to talk about their success and their future plans.
National Flour Mills Limited features in this issue, they deliver flour related food products and animal feed through-
out the Caribbean. CEO Kelvin Mahabir shares with us what makes the company a trusted brand in the region and
how they intend on staying ahead of their competition.
We also had the opportunity to speak with Jane Lawson, Principal of Walker Lawson Interior Design, to gain insight
about their 2014 International Property Awards win, and their unique approach to the interior design industry.
The 2014 Property award winners were just released in the last couple of months and, Hunstman Springs, took home
both the Best USA Golf Development and Best USA Leisure Development for the year. We interviewed Julie Bryan,
Director of Sales, and learned more about what makes the luxurious and sustainable development in Driggs, Idaho,
a world-class experience to behold.
