Tap typically requires some 2,500 square-
feet of operating space while Beef ‘O’ Brady’s
typically requires at least 4,000 square-feet,
with both accommodating outdoor seating
as well.
Franchisees receive hands-on help
throughout the period of opening as well
as during the actual public opening. After-
