care and we are excited to move this for-
ward.”
Looking ahead to the longer term, Gar-
forth-Bles says theywill continue to growand
elevate their level of care for residents. One
way is through expansion, and Masterpiece
is prepared to move overseas into Europe
once they’ve firmly established themselves
along the entire East Coast fromMontreal.
“Europe has a similar demographic, but it
is 10 years ahead in terms of age,” he says.
“You can introduce the resident-centred
approach to European countries and the fact
we’re there for our residents by providing
genuine care and hospitality.”
