as far as 30 years. Goodreau
has built that loyalty be being
dependable – which means a
number of different things. For
one, it means being there when
the client needs them, even
when it’s not convenient.
“We get people out of binds,”
Kris says. “If a client needs a
piece of custom lumber in a hur-
ry, we do everything we can to
accommodate them. The con-
struction industry in this area is
very busy, and things come up,
challenges happen – we under-
stand that, and we don’t like to
leave people hanging.”
“We treat people the right way,
the way we would want to be
treated in their shoes,” he adds.
“That’s why I think we’ve been
successful.
The other part of dependability
is quality, which Goodreau Saw-
mill has a longstanding reputa-
tion for delivering. From rough
cut timbers to premium kiln
died timbers, they provide the
highest quality available in their
area. They also stand behind
every product they sell, and ev-
ery service they provide.
“We do good work,” Kris sums
it up. “When we’re done, every-
thing fits right. If there’s an is-
sue, it’s resolved immediately.”
