“A lot of blood sweat and tears went into get-
ting the building designed, then ultimately
built and leased,” says Kevin McKee, Devel-
opment Manager at the company.
Kevin himself is a lifelong Edmontonian
with a 25 year career in the real estate indus-
try. He set up Pangman Development Cor-
poration in 2010, and teamed up with John
the same year. Together, they have taken on
more ground breaking projects, and have
grown the business to where it is today – a
company withmore than $700 million in to-
tal assets owned and under development.
“We’ve assembled a really excellent team of
very qualified and experienced people who
know how to build in an effective, cost-effi-
cient, and timely way,” John says. “Because of
Kevin’s strength as a Development Manager
and the team he’s put in place, we are consis-
tently on time, on budget, and we’re meeting
our key stakeholder’s expectations.”
