raig Gates is the first to admit
there are ways in which the rural
Tennessee business that he runs –
DTC Communications – cannot compete
with big boys in the industry with names like
Verizon and AT&T.
But as he happily points out, there are
plenty of other ways in which the playing
field is not only level, but slanted favorably
