ognized each month with the “LOV Award,”
which stands for Living Our Values – ac-
countability, dedication, flexibility, integrity
and teamwork.
Additionally, assuming the company
reaches its yearly goals, the entire staff is tak-
en on an expenses-paid trip – recent destina-
tions have been Cancun and Las Vegas – to
celebrate victories and promote bonding be-
tween employees.
“We spend more time with each other
than we do with our families, so we might
as well have fun along the way,” VanOrden
says. “A real conviction of mine and the com-
pany’s is having a real purpose. It’s not about
corporate profits. That’s a byproduct, but the
real purpose is to see how many lives we can
impact.

how much people have grown.
“The success is nice. But it’s not what gets
you out of bed every morning. There’s got to
be something greater than that. Most people
are lucky if it happens once. For me, to have
the opportunity to do it a second time and
correct the mistakes I made the first time, I
don’t think it gets better than that.”
