The enterprise has evolved over the years to
now exclusively, and expertly, provide laun-
dry and linen management services that
are important to healthcare providers and
their patients. In the United States as well as
Western Canada, Ecotex customers include
hospitals, nursing homes and ambulatory
care centers that have come to respectively
rely on Ecotex’s certifiable quality standards,
operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
The company’s collective composite of more
than 400 employees process nearly a million
and a half pounds ofhealthcare textile items
every week. Ecotex is also an innovator in en-
vironmentally safe and responsible practices.
They were adopting green-friendly protocols
long before competitors even realized this
involved something greater than the color of
money.
The company’s collective attributes are
compelled by a corporate mandate to create
“raving fans;” but to explain that process re-
quires some perspective from CEO Randy
Bartsch, a man who not only represents the
third generation of family ownership, but
one who has keen insight on the discipline
and dedication needed to secure those rav-
ing fans.
