have enough funds to keep these projects
going is a challenge. There are big numbers
involved in many of these projects and we
closely track and control the costs and cash
flow.”

Put together by the BC Home Builders’ As-
sociation, theGeorgie Awards are considered
the most prestigious in the province. The
winning entry, Rockbank, took home top
prize in the Custom Home valued over $3
