nursing care within Attic Angel Place, they
not only receive priority placement and re-
duced entry fees on some accommodations,
they also benefit from a guaranteed refund
on their life-lease residence when it is re-
leased.

Beyond the nursing and care expertise, the
Attic Angel Community benefits from nu-
merous alternatives in terms of lifestyle ad-
vantages. The community is complemented
by its own café, convenience store, beauty
salon, and a library which includes a perma-
nent collection of titles as well as books rotat-
ed through a partnership with the Madison
Public Library System. A Resident Business
Center provides access to high-speed inter-
net as well as copying machines.
There are also on-site health services pro-
vided by several licensed independent profes-
sionals respectively offering dental, podiatry,
audiology, dermatology, and ophthalmology
care. The community’s spa provides massage
