Located in Saskatchewan, approximately 20
kilometres north of Saskatoon, is Warman
− the province's newest city, officially incor-
porated in October of 2012. It is also one of
the fastest growing cities inWestern Canada.
According to 2011 census, Warman experi-
enced a 48.5 per cent population increase
over the span of five years − a trend that has
continued since that headcount.
"We continue to grow incredibly quickly,"
says Josh Welz, Warman's Economic Devel-
opment Officer. "I believe we're the fastest
growing city in Saskatchewan. On the very
liberal end, we're projected to see a growth
rate of 12.16 per cent over the next ten years.
