training courses annually to their employees
covering both the managerial and technical
aspects of their work. Providing such train-
ing is in an effort to constantly improve their

AWARD-WINNING
PROJECTS
The firm has covered a diverse range of work
including the massive Crescent Dunes Solar
Energy Plant.The $1 billion project is an 110
MW solar energy plant located on a 1,600
acre site northwest of Tonopah, Nevada. The
project required 17,000 computer-operated
reflective mirrors (known as ‘heliostats’),
200 miles of electrical wire and 10 miles of
conduit. When completed, the plant will
supply approximately 500M kilowatt hours
per year of clean, renewable electricity which
is enough to power up to 75,000 homes dur-
ing peak season.
Another development of note: the Vadatech
corporate headquarters, which is used for
the research, development and manufactur-
ing of computer technologies utilized by cli-
