A VARIED GROUP OF
CLIENTS
Given the different industries the company
is involved in, the milks have different cat-
egories of clients, from bread and biscuit
manufacturers to medium sized bakeries
and supermarkets. According to CEOKevin
Mahibir, the team has solidified their rela-
tionship with their customers through be-
ing both flexible and accommodating. “We
work with both our flour and feed clients in
the formulation process, adapting to their
needs so we can create a product that best
suits them, even if it takes a few months to
perfect,” he says.
This has created a working relationship and
understanding that is superior to what any-
one else is doing he says. “Communication
is key; we communicate with our clients of-
ten ensuring that they are satisfied with every
procedure and process,” says Mahibir.
On the retail side, the team has been build-
ing their brand, which includes their success-
