its competitors says Dyer. But Trostel’s size
has also been a key strength, giving the com-
pany both flexibility and closeness in terms
of servicing its customer’s needs and wants.
Being able to bring high tech solutions to
the market quickly has resulted in several
instances where the company was awarded a
project.

“We are very conscious of our value stream
and try to source our products as locally as
possible,” says Dyer. This has resulted in
strong partnerships that have provided the
company both with a competitive edge, but
a world-class group of suppliers helping their
organization he says.
