Outside the processing plants, the deci-
sion was made to begin leasing its fleet of
vehicles rather than owning them, which
has allowed for better fuel efficiency and
lower maintenance costs, and the intro-
duction of alternative fuel vehicles like
propane, compressed natural gas (CNG)
