In celebration of their 25th an-
niversary, Kaldi’s Coffee is pre-
paring internally to host a pret-
ty big party in order to celebrate
their team, vendors, and suppli-
ers – “everyone who has got us
where we are today,” Brett says.
Externally, meanwhile, the com-
pany will launch a new packag-
ing for their coffee bags. They
are also in the midst of intro-
ducing a new canned cold brew
product.
Looking forward, beyond the
anniversary, Brett says the com-
pany’s goal is to continue to
“grow smartly.” That means con-
tinuing to expand into new re-
gions with retail stores, building
their brand in the community
through events, and then gradu-
ally introducing their wholesale
offering. It also means continu-
ing to get better, at every level.
“That’s the key to our success,”
Brett concludes. “Every day
we’re trying to continually im-
prove. We trying to hire the best
people we can, we try to retain
them to the best of our ability,
and we try to provide the best
coffee experience possible.”
