Rov is available to suggest those
kinds of amendments and im-
provements because he’s on
site every day. And he’s on site
every day because he does not
allow the company to take on
more work than he can person-
ally handle. There was a time
when he took more work and
used project managers, but the
personal involvement was too
important to him, so he con-
solidated and led the company
back to the size they are at to-
day.
“Clients now work with me
throughout the process,” he
says. “I’m there at the begin-
ning, I’m there at the end when
we hand over the keys, and I’m
there every step in between.”
“I’m very involved with my cli-
ents, and very involved in each
project,” he adds. “I think that’s
important. I think that makes
clients comfortable. I think it
helps build trust.”
