“We treat each customer like they are family,” he
says. “Being responsive to their needs and directly
available is of the utmost importance to us. Without
clients, we don’t have a business. And without their
referrals, we don’t have a long-lasting business. So
we do everything we can to make the process of
building as positive as possible.”
“I try to put myself in the client’s shoes, and
consider how I would want to be treated,” he adds.
“That approach seems to be working well. We do
customer insight surveys on every job, and we have
an extremely high rate of customer satisfaction. I’m
very proud of that, I want to keep getting better.”
