seriously outgrown our existing building, but
are committed to Minerva. The new build-
ing will offer a much improved customer ex-
perience and a better working environment
for our employees. We will be able to add to
our Minerva-based employment, consoli-
dating senior management that are tempo-
rarily housed in other branch locations, and
will also include some public meeting space
in the building ” Lober explained. Manage-
ment is in the final design phase and hopes
to be able to start construction of the 30,000
square foot building in 2013.

Lober says that local people and local fo-
cus can never be the end all of a community
bank, it must also have first-rate employees
