Dear Reader,
Welcome to the May 2015 edition of Business World Magazine. It’s been busy month here as we’ve assembled only the best
stories for your reading pleasure. In this issue, we feature a wide variety of industry-leaders and game-changers. You’ll find ev-
erything from architecture and construction, to sports franchises, hospitality and much more.
Firstly, our cover story this month is none other than the Jacksonville Sons. As the Double-A affiliate to the Miami Marlins, the
Suns are a minor league baseball powerhouse, winning four Southern League titles in 10 years. Owner and Team President
Peter Bragan Jr gave us the opportunity to learn about the history of the club, how they’re adapting to marketing trends, and
what the future holds in store for Bragan Jr and the team.
Also featured this month is Neelco Builders, specialists when it comes to infrastructure construction and rehabilitation. In
2014, the company was a finalist for the Deputy Minister’s Contractor of The Year award for their work on the Cariboo Road
Underpass Replacement. We spoke with President John Neels and Chantay Neels about the recognition, and what sets Neelco
Builders apart from the competition.
Next up we have AllTrans Port Services, the top choice for handling and storing imported steel products. For over 20 years, the
Houston-based company has prided itself on providing accurate, real-time inventory services. AllTrans CEODonna Rains gave
us an in-depth look at the company’s history, their commitment to building strong relationships, and what’s ahead for AllTrans.
On the beautiful shores of Barbados, Accra Beach Hotel & Spa provides guests with an unforgettable experience with an unpar-
alleled tropical oasis as its backdrop. General Manager Suresh Monickoraja spoke with us about their dedication to customer
service, as well as their recent and ongoing refurbishment of the hotel.
First opened in 1929, Tallahassee Airport has had a long history as Tallahassee’s regional airport. Now, in 2015, the Director
of Aviation Chris Curry gave us the opportunity to learn more about plans to rebrand as an international airport.
There are many more stories to pique your interest within and we sincerely hope you enjoy your read.
As always, thank you for reading,
