measure ourselves regularly and make sure
we’re going in the right direction,” he adds.
Five Star Painting operate with a
unique set of five values. The first is titled

transparency and ensuring their quoted pric-
es are the right prices. “We act with honesty,
integrity and authenticity,” Abbott says.
Secondly, they ask all their staff to re-
lease the ‘inner ninja,’ which means consis-
tently innovating and finding new and better
ways of doing things.
Third, Five Star Painting makes sure
that corporately they are always ‘Loyal to the
royal,’ which means using the profits generat-
ed by their franchisees in a responsible way.
