ECFI currently has almost 100 Franchises
across the country. Looking to the future,
ECFI will continue to capitalize on the
growing reputation of their products and
their service. With the intention of expand-
ing across all 50 states, Canada, and other
countries in the near future, ECFI has seen
several new Franchisees join this year, and
numerous new communities have been start-
ed by the existing Franchisees. “We’re always
looking to improve our services, our product
offering, as well as extend the reach that Ep-
con has in the market place,” Rini says.
Late this year, we will be introducing
another new line of homes, as well as launch-
ing our new retail web site – which will at-
tract home buyers to our communities,
enhance SEO, and encourage on-site regis-
trations. The site will give Epcon’s Builder
Partners a market presence they couldn’t af-
ford by themselves,” Rini remarked.
As for the long-term future of ECFI,
their goal is to offer varied product lines that
continue to serve the baby boomer and active
adult market, offering different products for
different prices for their target demographic.
