Training for franchisees starts with a 10-
day program in Colorado Springs and fol-
lows up with six days of on-site support at
their location. They also have an online
LearningRx University and franchisee fo-
rums.
Franchisees are also provided with a per-
sonal business and marketing coach for the
first year of their operation. After the first
year, the company offers incentives for fran-
chisees to mentor each other. They also have
an annual convention and bi-monthly news-
letter. “Whenever a business driver is not
where we want it to be, we’ll start doing a lot
more education and training on that driver
to update the system,” Mitchell says.
LearningRx has garnered award recogni-
tion from Entrepreneur Magazine as the #1
Ranked Franchise among Child Enrichment
franchises. They achieved that designation
in 2009, 2010 and again in 2012. They were
also ranked #272 in the Annual Franchise

List of over 3,000 franchises offered in
